RETURN POLICY

Customer satisfaction is our first priority at under the roof. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the merchandise you receive, you may return the item(s) to us within 15 days of receipt by following these easy steps:

1. Contact us by email to let us know what's wrong. We will then issue you a return authorization number.

2. Return the item(s) to us in the original packaging, along with the prepaid freight (shipping is nonrefundable.) Mark the box(es) with the return authorization number.

When we receive the merchandise, you may exchange the returned merchandise for another item, receive a store credit, or receive a refund for the cost of the product. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

DAMAGE CLAIMS

We want to ensure the quality of your merchandise when you receive it. To make sure that the items have not been damaged in transit, please inspect the boxes and make note of any damages on the carrier's freight receipt before signing it. That will assist you in making a damage claim with the carrier. Please contact us via email immediately if you receive damaged merchandise and we will assist you in making a claim with the carrier, and then expedite the replacement items or parts that you need.
