The Modern Walnut Catalina Bedroom Furniture collection is FSC certified, ensuring eco friendly responsible forest management. The Catalina modern bed is low and sleek, designed for a mattress only, it is perfectly complemented by a selection of case pieces, including a 3 drawer chest with organizer options for home entertainment equipment and a laptop desk that creates a trim, functional workspace.

All pieces are made in Vermont of American black walnut or maple.

Copeland Furniture uses sustainably harvested hardwoods from the American Northern Forest. The Northern Forest is among the healthiest in the world and is actually growing in terms of standing biomass. The capacity of the Northern Forest to absorb carbon dioxide is growing each year. The forests of Vermont are no exception, now covering over 85% of the landscape. The lumber we use comes from within 500 miles of our factory. Living and working in and near the regions that supply our raw materials means that far less fossil fuel is consumed and less carbon dioxide emitted through transportation.

Copeland Furniture is FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certified. We work with the SmartWood program of the Rainforest Alliance. Their program requires us to work with suppliers who can certify that the wood we purchase from them comes from forests that:

are not threatened

do not have high conservation significance

do not contain genetically modified trees.

White glove delivery is complimentary. Your furniture will be delivered by furniture moving professionals who will place the items in the room where you need them, unpackaging them and placing it where you need it. This delivery service will call you to schedule an appointment for delivery and often will be within a 2-4 hour delivery window. Please note: Due to liability issues and time required prevent us from offering assembly of ready-to-assemble furniture. Copeland beds come unassembled and are designed for the customer to put together with simple tools. Casegoods such as: nightstands, chests, dressers and armoires are delivered fully assembled.
