The Basic and Solid Bed black panel bed, as the name suggests this furniture collection is simple, elegant and constructed of solid hardrock maple and maple veneers. The black finish allows for maximum flexibility in placement. Companion pieces include a one drawer nightstand, three drawer nightstand, double dresser, and tall chest.

The Basic and Solid Bedroom Furniture Series is manufactured in Vermont by a family owned furniture company that has been in business for the last 50 years. They use old fashioned woodworking techniques and specialize in the use of solid rock maple and select maple veneer to create a quality made piece of furniture which will last a life time.

The drawers are constructed of solid hardwood ply and are completely finished and are assembled with finger dovetail joints. The drawers feature an under mount heavy duty ball bearing tracking with 75lb. test load capacity.

The case pieces have internal 4 sided frames. This type of frame assembly gives us maximum construction strength and added durability. The backs are screwed in and not stapled which gives the case piece much more structural stability.
